The art of making Paratha or Buss up shut.

Let's start with ingredients, in order to make a perfect Paratha it's recommended to measure your ingredients.

Recipe, Ingredients.

4 cups all purpose flour

4 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

3/4 cup lukewarm water, as needed

5 tbs each oil

4 tbs butter

Method, you can do it.

Stir together first 4 ingredients, add water, knead until it forms a soft dough, add water as needed. Drizzle one tbs oil over dough and allow to rest one hour. Separate in 4 to 6 pieces, depending on the size of your cooking surface. Flatten dough, spread one tbs butter and wrap, or fold over. After this process, cover dough for another hour. This is the easy part, flatten dough with rolling pin and cook each roti on flat surface, adding one tbs of oil, turning roti about 3 to 4 times until desired color . Important step, whilst roti is cooking use 2 utensils to bring towards center , spread and repeat this a few times, until the layers starts opening. Remove from heat, enjoy with your favorite dishes.
